One of Dubai's longest-running yoga and Pilates studios, with Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, mat and reformer Pilates plus pre- and post-natal classes. Kids and mummy-and-baby classes have been part of the schedule. Other studios in Media City and Umm Suqeim; online booking is for Jumeirah Park only.
