RAK Leisure runs the official programme on Jebel Jais: weekly outdoor yoga at the Viewing Deck Park, guided hikes of 3.5-14 km led by Bear Grylls Explorers Camp guides, and summer PEAK HEAT hot-yoga sessions. The mountain road is the UAE's best-known climb for road cyclists and hosts the annual Jais Ride (April) and a Night Trail Race (March). Season runs November to April; book by WhatsApp.
